Original Jack Rabbit

Original Jack Rabbit VibratorThe Original is a very important vibrator in “vibe history” but is definitely not one of my favorites.

The Jack Rabbit was a great vibrator for its time. It was blasted into public notoriety by the HBO series “Sex in the City” and helped to bring more acceptance of rabbit vibrators in general. Many women buy this vibrator just because of the show and the fact that it is the “original.”

Please don’t fall into that trap. It is a good vibrator, not a great one and it is outdated compared to the quality of rabbit vibrator being made today.

The Jack Rabbit is a rabbit vibrator with a very powerful clitoral attachment. This vibe does really shine for its powerful rabbit. It also features “free-floating” beads or pearls on the shaft. I personally don’t like this feature because these are noisy and have a tendency to jam over time.

The Jack Rabbit uses a wired control box which houses 3 C batteries. I am so used to having my controls mounted to my vibes. I don’t know if this is a positive or negative feature, its just different. With its power comes a cost, the Jack Rabbit uses 3 C batteries for a reason, lol.

As for technical features the Jack Rabbit is 7 1/2” long with an insertable length of 5”. It is made of a soft jelly rubber with a smooth texture. Jelly Rubber is a common sex toy material and is perfectly fine, just remember it does take more care to keep clean because it is a porous material.

Ok, so the Original Jack Rabbit is not a BAD vibrator, but it is outdated and surpassed by many other rabbit vibrators for similar or less money.

Hot Molly Rating 3 of 5.

This is the manufacturer video for those of you that are interested. It does give a good view of how the toy functions and the size of the Jack Rabbit.
